Litter picker and picking bag hoop from Waterhaul

An additional feature is the magnet at the front end, which makes it easy to pick up bottle caps and other metal objects! The hoop is also a brilliant invention. Anyone who has collected rubbish regularly will know that bin bags are difficult to carry, and it is not always easy to hit the opening, especially in windy weather.
