Unfortunately, due to organisational reasons, it is not possible to exchange items directly for a different size. Once we have received the returned goods, however, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible.

ATTENTION:

• For organisational reasons, we cannot accept shipments that have not been prepaid. If you are unsure about the procedure for returning goods, please consult us.
  
• Please note that we cannot refund or replace items that have been worn or washed. 
• Returns are only possible for items purchased from the Sea Shepherd Germany online shop.
